“My promise is to be focused on the results that matter most to you, the client. I enjoy helping people, helping businesses, and building relationships.”
Frank St. Philip
I was raised on the Northshore of Lake Pontchartrain in St. Tammany Parish. After graduating from Mandeville High School, I attended Louisiana State University and received a Bachelor of Science degree in Marketing with an emphasis in Sales and Services. During college and after graduating, I gained invaluable experience working in different industries primary in the areas consisting of serving others.
In late 1999, I decided to start a new small business, an outdoors recreational retail store. Like most entrepreneurs, I started my business from scratch learning how to create and implement business plans, work with local and state governments with licensing, permits, planning, devising marketing plans, hiring and managing employees, and, simply, running a business.
During this time, I had the opportunity to work with other small business owners and entrepreneurs. While working with them, I enjoyed helping guide them in starting and growing their businesses particularly in the areas of deciding the organizational structure, employment issues, insurance (risk assessment), contract drafting and reviewing, operating agreements, negotiations, and so on. Seeing a need for these types of services, I sold my business and decided to return to college to become an attorney. In 2007, I earned my law degree from Loyola University New Orleans College of Law.
Over the past decade, I have represented clients in several areas of the law including business law and estate planning. Throughout this time, I have been involved in several jury trials and bench trials throughout the state of Louisiana. I have also practiced in front of the Louisiana First Circuit Court of Appeal.
I look forward to meeting you and discussing whatever legal questions that you may have.
